3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access our platform, you must register for an account as either a Service Provider or Customer. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. Service providers must complete additional verification steps including identity verification and credential validation.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Both service providers and customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their verification information.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms, safety concerns, or for any other reason we deem appropriate to maintain platform integrity and user safety.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

5.2 Payment Processing

Subscription fees for service providers are charged in advance on a recurring basis. Transaction fees may apply for payment processing between customers and service providers. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees associated with your subscription and transactions.

5.3 Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new service provider subscriptions. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of initial purchase. Transaction fees and completed service payments are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Loganbee LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for connecting with verified customers or service providers and conducting business transactions through our platform.
